Residential Builders Transitioned From MyLicense to Accela August 26, 2019

Residential Builders licensing was added to the Accela platform August 26, 2019. The move was to make obtaining, renewing, and modifying licenses easier and more efficient.

To help Residential Builders interact and engage with the new platform, the following resources are now available at https://aca-prod.accela.com/lara and click on the FAQ link in the top right of the browser window:

Residential Builders licensing accounts under the previous MyLicense registration did not transfer to the new platform, so if you haven't already, you will need to register for an Accela Citizen Access (ACA) account. Setting up an account now will save questions and possible delays at renewal time. After August 26, 2019, Residential Builders should log in to their new ACA account and link their license to their account. Performing these two steps ahead of time will ensure the renewal process is fast and efficient.
