Register
- Create an account. The account and username is case sensitive.
- Your registration information is kept for one year.
- A timer will track how long you spend taking the assessment.
- The timer will appear at the top of each page and above each section's questions.
- Minimum of 3 hours for the entire course, 23 minutes per section.
- You cannot move to next section until the time restriction is met.
- The timer keeps up with overall time and time spent in each section.
- You may log out of the Course at any time.
- Closing your browser without logging out will not save your time or your progress.
- Progress is saved after each section's final answers are submitted.
- Answer all questions at the end of each section.
- If incorrect answers are submitted you may review the text pertaining to the question and resubmit your answers one more time.
- Section 8, Electronic Notarization, has no questions.
- You may print your certificate only after completing the 8 sections. To print the certificate, you must use version 4.0 or higher Netscape or Internet Explorer. -->
- The certificate contains your name, date, and certificate number.
- The certificate will serve as your proof of completion of the required course. You may present the certificate to one of the approved bonding agencies for processing of your Notary Public application.
- You may print copies of your certificate by logging in as a returning user any time after completing the assessment.
